Workshop: Tell me more about that: How to go deeper in your interviews

In this session you will learn how to utilise coaching techniques in your interviews and get deeper understanding of participants beliefs values and needs.

This is an active workshop where you will be practicing your interview technique using methods and techniques used in coaching conversations to improve your listening skills, how to keep enquiry open and go deep into the root of problems and behaviours.

These skills will improve the quality of your research insights, help you navigate difficult and complex conversations with colleagues, learn more about job candidates and develop your ability to be present.
