Workshop: Designing Emotions into conversation AI to improve user experience.
Chatbots are here to stay and are becoming more intelligent. More and more companies, especially Fintechs rely on them as a major interface for customer service delivery.
In this session, we’ll explore questions such as: How has Chatbot design evolved over the years? Have users warmed up to the idea of interfacing with bots or are they still seen as a hurdle? How do we design a human-centered chatbot?
We will then work together on formulating the essentials of building a user friendly Chatbot.
Motunrayo has had a near decade-long career in customer experience for financial services. She has a masters in Financial Technology from the University of the West of England and enjoys researching and speaking about how Fintechs can improve Customer Experience. Her interests include using data analysis/customer insights to create better customer journeys and experiences. She is excited to be running a workshop this year after giving a lightning talk at UX Bristol 2022.
